Qualifications

• Strong attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Operate and lightly troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
• Prepare finished products for shipping and distribution.
• Follow production schedules and resolve quality issues as needed.
• Understand and execute daily run schedules, escalate issues when needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Maintain high standards of product quality and safety.
