Job summary

Tarkett is hiring a Production Associate in Chagrin Falls, OH. Day shift or night shift options exist, with a 4 days on, 4 days off schedule and overtime opportunities. Starting pay is $23.01 per hour plus overtime, double time, and a $1.00 night shift premium.

A $2,000 sign-on bonus and monthly perfect attendance bonus (100–$300) are also offered. The role involves teamwork with operators, quality checks, data entry into Tarkett SAP systems, and training new staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math.
• Computer literate to input data into Tarkett SAP systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs work as a team with other Take Off associates, Mill Operators, and Extrusion Operators.
• Assures finished product quality by visual checks, measuring dimensions and color checks or samples.
• Records production counts, scrap, downtime, etc. on forms and computer as required.
• Train new employees.
