Pay: $20.20 per hour plus Shift Differential

Shift & Working Hours: 3rd Shift; 11:00pm - 7:30am. Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed.

In this role, you will be a key member of our Land O'Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing front-line production processes that add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products. You will gain skills and experience in taking raw materials to produce our final products for customers, including operating machinery and equipment, and packaging the final product. This role is part of our Nutra Blend business, an industry leader in manufacturing and distributing quality vitamins, trace minerals, micro-ingredients, and antibiotic premixes for the feed industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Comply with all safety processes and promote safety practices for self and others
• Show up on time, complete tasks by deadlines, and adapt to changes quickly
• Multi-task and keep up with production demands in a fast-paced environment
• Follow all quality standards and standard operating procedures during production
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

Required Experience And Skills

• Must be 18 years or older
• At least 1 year of work experience in any industry
• Basic computer and math skills
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions in English
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve, and troubleshoot
• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and respectful attitude

Preferred Experience

• Over 1 year of manufacturing work experience
• Machine operation and/or forklift experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing, and other active movements
• Perform duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Work in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods, possibly with dust and chemicals
