Production Operator (3rd Shift)

Wage: $25.47 per hour plus night shift and Sunday premiums

Location: Kiel, Wisconsin

Hours: 3rd Shift: 10:50 pm - 7:00 am (Start and End times may vary based on production needs)

Overtime: Eligible after 8 hours

Schedule: 10 days on & 4 days off

Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 total, paid as $500 after 60 days, $1,000 after 6 months, and $1,000 after 1 year

The Production Operator performs manufacturing processes that add value and ensure quality of the final products. Responsibilities include handling raw materials, operating proprietary processes, and packaging. Safety, attention to detail, quality, sanitation, and efficiency are essential.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Required Experience:

• Minimum 6 months of solid work experience in any industry
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to follow manufacturer specifications and directions

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 18 years old
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Work in hot/cold temperatures
• Adhere to SOPs
• Self-reliant and able to work with limited supervision
• Maintain a safe working environment
• Customer-focused and team-oriented
• Flexible schedule and work tasks
• Read, write, comprehend instructions, and basic math skills
• Lift/carry up to 55 lbs.

Preferred Experience:

• Team communication skills
• Experience in food manufacturing
• Knowledge of manufacturing and packaging equipment

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent movement: walking, standing, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, lifting, climbing
• Use of personal protective equipment
• Work in various temperature zones, including environments with dust
• Shift work including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
