Donaldson Company, located in Cresco, IA, is seeking a Production Operator for the 3rd shift (10pm–6am Sun–Thu; Fri as needed). Starting pay is $24.55/hr (base $23.05 + $1.50 shift differential).

You will operate on various lines and equipment to produce multimedia filters, following SOPs and WIs. Responsibilities include assembling, inspecting with calipers, using hand tools and cutting equipment, reporting production data, maintaining a safe, organized workspace, and supporting training when

• Wear PPE and follow safety protocols at all times.
• Keep work area organized and perform preventive maintenance as needed.
• Rotate lines/positions as required for ergonomics.
• Assist with training or mentoring as needed.

As a **Production Operator** in **Cresco, IA**, follows Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions to safely and efficiently produce multimedia filters utilizing various types of operational lines and equipment.
