Job summary

Saint-Gobain Group is seeking Production Operators to safely operate finishing equipment and packaging processes to meet customer specifications. You will follow SOPs and quality standards, inspect products, and complete required paperwork with limited supervision.

The role requires good eye-hand coordination, basic math, and mechanical aptitude. Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 4:00pm-2:30am; Pay: $18.00/hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Equal opportunity employer committed to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Machine operating experience is preferred.
• Proficient with measurement equipment is required.
• Good eye/hand coordination is required.
• Being mechanically inclined is required.
• Having attention to detail is required.

Production Operators are responsible for working safely while following SOPs, quality standards, and follows PPE requirements to produce parts to customer specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate finishing (assembly & packaging) equipment & tools with limited supervision.
• Follow pertinent SOP and MOP guidelines, inspect product, and complete paperwork with limited supervision
• Operate machines
• Interpret requirements & other information from production paperwork, job sheets, batch records.Understand basic mathematics.
• Trouble-shoot processes/equipment in assembly and packaging areas.
• Support site goals and initiatives.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday ; 4:00pm-2:30am

Pay: $18.00/hour

Sign On Bonus: $1,000
