A growing manufacturing facility is hiring a Second Shift Production Associate to support machining operations and keep production running safely and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, can follow detailed instructions, and is comfortable working with tools, machinery, and repetitive physical tasks.

What You’ll Do

• Perform tool changes and complete leak tests according to established procedures.
• Operate machining equipment including Chiron drills, forklifts, and Okuma lathes.
• Conduct hardness tests to verify product quality.
• Re-balance, inspect, and palletize parts for shipment or further processing.
• Inspect parts for accuracy, defects, and compliance with quality standards.
• Follow all standard work instructions and maintain safe work habits throughout the shift.

What You Need

• Ability to stand on your feet for 8+ hours per shift.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
• Willingness to work second shift and overtime as needed.
• Basic reading, writing, and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED.
