Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field with 2+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, databases).
  • Knowledge of JIT and MRP systems; strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage daily production in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily production operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, organized, and professional work environment.
  • Lead and develop employees through communication, policy administration, performance management, and training.
  • Drive operational excellence by improving first-run quality, productivity, and labor efficiency.
  • Promote and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental standards through training, inspections, and corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with Magna Employee Charter, Quality and Material Management Systems, and ISO 14001.
