Magna Seating seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee safety, quality and daily manufacturing production. This role leads production employees, coordinates workflow, resolves operational issues, and promotes continuous improvement initiatives to support business objectives.
Must be able to work night shift or weekend shift; requires 3–5 years in assembly manufacturing and 3+ years supervisory experience in a JIT automotive environment. Strong leadership and MS Office skills are essential.
