Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions is seeking a Production Worker for a food production facility in Little Falls, MN. You will support packaging operations and help ensure product quality and food safety, with reliable weekly pay in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities include operating packaging lines, conveying, scales, palletizing, labeling, and required sanitation tasks. Forklift use and ERP tracking are part of daily duties; previous production experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to follow food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred (6+ months).
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Support Packaging Operators and learn all packaging line functions.
• Operate packaging equipment, conveyors, scales, palletizing, and case‑filling systems.
• Perform bagging, labeling, lot coding, check weighing, and manual palletizing tasks.
• Complete sanitation, housekeeping, and equipment cleaning duties throughout the shift.
• Use the ERP system to track inventory, lot traceability, and material movements.
• Inspect materials and products to ensure quality and food safety standards are met.
• Operate a forklift as needed and assist other production areas to maximize plant efficiency.
