Job summary

Adecco is urgently hiring for Associate Operators in St. Albans, VT. You will support production lines with housekeeping and material transfers, while learning to operate equipment and assist with run readiness.

The role offers shifts from 7am–7pm or 7pm–7am, weekly pay, benefits, and potential overtime based on needs. Prior factory / production experience is a plus, and lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily housekeeping to support production lines.
• Assists with document, equipment and material transfers to support cleaning, setup and run of production lines.
• Fills hoppers, cassettes, etc. with appropriate components and/or processing aids.
• Observes running equipment and notifies lead of issues.
• Monitors and empties designated material collection points per SOPs.
