Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions.
• Good time management and attention to detail.
• Manual dexterity for handling equipment and materials.
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up production machines for packaging operations.
• Inspect products for quality and report defects to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including tools and equipment.
• Document daily production activities and assist with raw material counts.
• Monitor machine performance and promptly report malfunctions.
• Follow safety, quality, and company procedures at all times.
