Job summary

ManpowerGroup client in Hollywood, FL is seeking a Production Operator for a 2-2-3 schedule, working 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment. You will operate manual and automated equipment, set up lines, monitor production, and ensure materials are ready for runs.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, basic math and reading comprehension, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of general work experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Basic math skills and good reading comprehension.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in high-speed industrial settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate various manual and automated manufacturing equipment within the production facility.
• Set up machinery and ensure all necessary materials are available for production runs.
• Monitor equipment during operation and replenish materials as needed to maintain workflow.
• Visually inspect production runs and document results for quality assurance.
• Identify and report any malfunctions or issues to the appropriate personnel.
