Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years of manufacturing experience with a focus on safety and precision. The role offers full-time hours with a competitive starting pay and schedule premium.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing/warehouse experience; total 5 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of safety, distribution, and manufacturing best practices.
• High mechanical aptitude with hands-on use of basic hand tools and measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Produce Aluminum Polymer Coated Magnet Wire safely and efficiently including staging, setup, testing, packaging, documentation, and ensuring equipment integrity.
• Follow Production Orders, ISO Work Instructions, Safe Work Instructions, and other production documents.
• Perform routine preventative machine maintenance.
• Set machines and controls for proper operation and feedstock handling.
• Continuously monitor production to meet specifications and maintain efficiency.
• Maintain production records and safety housekeeping; safely load/unload materials.
