Base pay range: $15.75/hr - $16.75/hr

Main Responsibilities

• Operate various production machines including injection molding presses, assembly machines, load and unload parts, and perform visual inspections.
• Work at different workstations as production needs require.
• Participate in assembly line tasks where duties may vary.
• Perform required part quality checks.
• Achieve production rates.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all procedures outlined in job books.

Qualifications

• Education: Middle School (Preferred)
• Experience: At least 6 months in manufacturing (Preferred)
• Languages: Advanced English, Advanced Spanish (Preferred)
• Skills: Basic math skills, Basic computer knowledge
• Personal Attributes: Good verbal and written communication skills
