Job summary

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions, a business segment of Element Solutions Inc., is seeking manufacturing associates to operate production equipment in a fast-paced environment. You will load/unload materials, perform assembly and packaging, and ensure product quality while maintaining safety and 5S standards.

The role follows a rotating 12-hour schedule (2 on/2 off/3 on, then reverse) with nights and weekends, plus a 10% shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of manufacturing, production, or related experience.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Experience using hand tools and basic manufacturing equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment following standard work instructions.
• Load and unload materials, components, and finished products.
• Perform assembly, machine operation, packaging and other tasks.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality requirements.
• Complete production records and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Assist with changeovers and setup activities.
