MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions, a business segment of Element Solutions Inc., is seeking motivated individuals to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. You will operate production equipment, assemble components, and help ensure quality across the line in a safety-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 0–2 years in manufacturing, basic math skills, and the ability to follow instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of manufacturing, production, or related experience.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions; experience with hand tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment following standard work instructions.
• Load and unload materials, components, and finished products.
• Perform assembly, machine operation, packaging and other manufacturing tasks.
• Inspect products to ensure quality and specifications.
