Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willing to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Willing to work overtime as needed to meet business needs.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Able to climb stairs and ladders and operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Handle materials, including weighing and loading materials and packaging.
• Operate production equipment and monitor processes ensuring safety and quality.
• Test and document product specs; adjust via spreadsheets to meet customer specs.
• Maintain clean workspace and proper shift records (paper/electronic).
• Provide coverage on weekends, evenings, nights and holidays as scheduled.
