Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor high-speed manufacturing equipment.
• Verify machine settings and production specifications.
• Perform regular line checks to ensure proper operation.
• Monitor product quality and identify defects.
• Make basic machine adjustments and assist troubleshooting.
• Complete production logs and documentation accurately.
• Assist with start-up and shutdown procedures.
• Communicate concerns with supervisors and quality teams.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Perform additional duties as needed.

Production Machine Operator – Mocksville, NC

Adecco is currently hiring Production Machine Operators for a leading advanced manufacturing facility in Mocksville, NC.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor high-speed manufacturing equipment

• Verify machine settings and production specifications before and during production runs

• Perform regular line checks to ensure equipment is operating properly

• Monitor product quality and identify defects or abnormalities

• Make basic machine adjustments and assist with troubleshooting production issues

• Complete required production logs and documentation accurately

• Assist with equipment start-up and shutdown procedures

• Communicate production or quality concerns with supervisors, maintenance, and quality teams

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all plant safety, quality, and operating procedures

• Perform additional production duties as needed

• Previous manufacturing, machine operation, production, or industrial experience preferred

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Basic math and problem-solving skills

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout a 12-hour shift

Work Environment

This position works in an active manufacturing environment around operating machinery. The facility may experience warmer temperatures depending on the season and production area, and hearing protection and other required PPE must be worn in designated areas.

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
