Legacy Bakehouse is hiring Production Operators for bakery, machine, and packaging lines across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts at both Waukesha, WI and Cudahy, WI facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing, production, or a similar environment preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to follow GMP, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Basic math and reading skills for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate food production, bakery, and/or packaging line equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor product quality and make adjustments to meet production standards.
• Follow standardized recipes, formulas, and production processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and GMP-compliant work area.
• Complete production logs and documentation accurately.
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily production goals.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety protocols.

Legacy Bakehouse is a growing food manufacturer with facilities in Waukesha and Cudahy, WI. We are hiring Bakery Operators, Machine Operators, and Packaging Operators on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift at both locations.
