PAY: $26.75 + $1 Shift Diff

SHIFT: 2nd Shift 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm with OT as required

Role Focus: Pellet Mill Operator

In this role, you will be a key member of our Land O’Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing front-line production processes that add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products. You will gain skills and experience in taking raw materials to produce our final products for customers, including operating machinery and equipment, and packaging the final product. Key Responsibilities:

• Comply with all safety protocols and promote safety practices.
• Be punctual, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to changes.
• Multi-task and maintain production pace in a fast environment.
• Follow quality standards and SOPs during production.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
• Collaborate with Leads and Management to complete daily tasks.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 1 year of work experience in any industry.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Willing to learn, problem-solve, and troubleshoot.
• Strong communication and respectful collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Over 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Machine operation and forklift experience.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent movement: walking, standing, bending, etc.
• Work in environments with temperature extremes, dust, and chemicals.
• Ability to wear PPE and work scheduled shifts including weekends and holidays.
