Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is hiring a Production Operator Palletizer/Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift (2 PM–10 PM) in Ohio. You will operate machinery, assist in packaging, and contribute to safe, efficient production that adds value to high-quality products for customers.

The role requires basic math and computer skills, ability to read and follow instructions in English, and willingness to learn new skills. Prior forklift or machine operation is a plus; 18+ years old and a strong teamwork mindset

Production Operator Palletizer/Forklift Operator

Pay: $27.70 per hour plus Shift Differential: $1.00 per hour Shift & Working Hours: 2nd Shift- 2PM to 10PM; Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed. In this role, you will be a key member of our Land O’Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing front-line production processes that add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products. You will gain skills and experience of taking raw materials to produce our final products for customers. This will include operating machinery and equipment, packaging the final product. This role is part of our Purina Animal Nutrition business who serves producers and animal owners throughout the United States. Preferred Experience:

• 1+ year of manufacturing work experience
• Machine operation and/or forklift experience
• Yard Dog experience a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present
