Job summary

Land O’Lakes, Inc. is hiring a Production Operator in Texas to support our Purina Animal Nutrition manufacturing team. You will operate machinery, assist in packaging, and help ensure quality and safety throughout the production line.

Production Operator Pay

Production Operator Pay: $22.70 per hour plus Shift Differential: $1.00 per hour (if applicable) Hiring Bonus: N/A Shift & Working Hours: 2nd or 3rd shift Shift; 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 10:00pm to 6:00am Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed.

In this role, you will be a key member of our Land O’Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing front-line production processes that add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products. You will gain skills and experience of taking raw materials to produce our final products for customers. This will include operating machinery and equipment, packaging the final product. Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present
