Job summary

Land O’Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator (Palletizer/Forklift Operator) to join our Purina Animal Nutrition manufacturing team. The role operates machinery, packs final products, and contributes to safe, efficient production on the 2nd shift from 2 PM to 10 PM.

Compensation includes $27.70 per hour plus $1.00 per hour shift differential, with overtime as needed. Candidates should be reliable, able to read and follow instructions in English, and willing to learn new skills in a

Pay

$27.70 per hour plus Shift Differential: $1.00 per hour

Shift & Working Hours

2nd Shift- 2PM to 10PM; Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed.

In this role, you will be a key member of our Land O’Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing front-line production processes that add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products. You will gain skills and experience of taking raw materials to produce our final products for customers. This will include operating machinery and equipment, packaging the final product. Preferred Experience

• Yard Dog experience a plus

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present
