Job summary

Elwood Staffing in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Production Operator to support full-time manufacturing operations. You will operate production equipment, assemble and inspect components, and follow safe work instructions while maintaining quality.

• Must successfully pass a background check and 10-panel saliva drug screen (THC excluded).
• Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and an interest in building a long-term career with the company.

Production Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available (Monday through Friday)

• Operate production equipment while following safety and quality standards
• Assemble and inspect components to ensure product quality
• Follow written work instructions and production procedures
• Complete required production documentation and quality checks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area throughout the shift

Production Operator Qualifications:
