Job summary

Staffmark Group in Lakewood, WA is hiring a Production Associate to help assemble pallets and support pallet repair operations. You will inspect pallets, operate power tools, and maintain a safe, efficient workspace.

Entry-level candidates welcome; ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand 8–10 hours per shift are required. Shifts are Mon-Thu, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM, with a four-day workweek and overtime opportunities.

• Complete additional production duties as assigned.
