Job summary

Kelly Services is hiring a Production Operator in Torrington, CT. The role involves collaborating with a team to manufacture and assemble components using manual, semi-automated, and automated equipment, with full training provided.

• Have a High School Diploma or GED (trade school or military experience is a plus)

• Are reliable with strong attendance and punctuality

• Are comfortable standing for 8-hour shifts and lifting or positioning parts up to 25 lbs.

• Are eager to learn and thrive in a team environment

• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or construction is helpful, but not required
