Spectrum Control is seeking a Production Operator to support kiln and post-kiln operations on the production floor. You will inspect products using a microscope, follow specifications, and track work order moves.
The role requires 1+ years in production/manufacturing and the ability to work around ceramics, solvents, dust, and metals. We value teamwork, safety, and precision on every shift.

The Production Operator will work in any or all kiln and post-kiln operations as determined by the area supervisor based on the daily work-in-process and operational situations on the production floor.
