Paladin Labs Inc. is seeking a Production Operator to produce high-quality chemicals and pharmaceuticals in a safe and efficient manner. Responsibilities include staging raw materials, monitoring the manufacturing process, and maintaining safety standards.
Applicants should have at least three years of experience in a chemical/pharmaceutical environment and familiarity with cGMP regulations. This role requires working a 12-hour rotating shift in a manufacturing environment with appropriate personal protective equipment.
The position pays $39.81 per hour.

The primary function of a Production Operator is to produce high quality chemicals and pharmaceuticals in a safe and efficient manner.
This position reports to the Shift Supervisor. Employee will have significant interaction with other operators, department process engineers, supervision, maintenance personnel and the material handling department employees. The employee must maintain a cooperative working relationship with those contacted in the course of work and be able to work with cross‑functional teams as required. The position has no direct reports.
The job requires work in a manufacturing environment. Job will require use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, hard hat, safety shoes, respirator, goggles, face shield, hearing protection, gloves, etc. for exposure to chemicals. Physical hazards include loud noises, slippery floors, heavy to moderate lifting, climbing stairs, taking chemical samples, pushing/pulling tote‑bins, using chain hoists, filling drums, charging chemicals into vessels, operating machinery, etc. The position requires operation of a walkie‑stacker. Position pays $39.81 per hour.
