Job summary

IntelliSource is hiring Production Operators on USA Parkway in Reno, NV. This temp-to-hire role offers 8-hour shifts with starting pay of $21 per hour depending on shift, and no shuttle service provided.

You will perform production operations, maintain equipment, monitor quality, and ensure safety and efficiency across the line. Candidates should be reliable, team-focused, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have own transportation. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Carry out one or more production operations, in compliance with defined standards.
• Clean and maintain machines and workstation.
• Complete production monitoring documents.
• Supply the workstation with raw materials, packaging items and small equipment, checking their conformity.
• Check and control quality at the entrance and exit of the machine and condition the parts.
• Monitor the program and the smooth running of manufacturing while respecting safety, quality and productivity standards.

What You'll Do:

• Carry out one or more production operations, in compliance with defined standards, detect and report anomalies.
• Clean and maintain machines as well as their workstation.
• Complete production monitoring documents.
• Supply the workstation with raw materials, packaging items and small equipment, checking their conformity.
• Check and control quality at the entrance and exit of the machine and condition the parts.
• Monitor the program and the smooth running of manufacturing while respecting safety, quality and productivity standards.

What You'll Bring:

• Positive attitude & "can-do" mentality that is customer service oriented.
• Must be reliable, team-player, driven, demonstrate respect for safety and an eye for quality.
• Ability to perform repetitious duties while standing for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs daily.
• Physical work includes but not limited to pushing, pulling, gripping, twisting, reaching, etc.
• You must have your own transportation for this position.
