Job summary

System One is seeking a Production Operator in Phoenix, AZ for a contract role. You will oversee processing equipment, perform routine tests, and ensure safety while producing coatings products.

The position requires a high school diploma and 0–2 years of manufacturing experience, with 40 hours per week from 5 am to 3:30 pm onsite. Responsibilities include maintaining records, handling materials, and operating forklift and palletizer as needed.

Compensation: $24.00 per hour

Work Model: Onsite

Hours: 40 hours per week, schedule 5 am - 3:30 pm (occasionally later if production is still running)

Responsibilities

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required


• 0-2 years related manufacturing experience

• Demonstrated willingness to be actively involved in day-to-day plant activities


• Familiarity with safety activities, safe behavior observations, and team activities

Preferred qualifications

• Production operations/manufacturing experience


• Paint/coating batch processing experience
