Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Production Operator for a 6-month contract-to-hire arrangement in Phoenix. Shifts run Monday–Friday across three time blocks with hourly pay of $20.00–$22.00, and overtime possible on weekends/holidays.

The role supports multiple manufacturing areas, ensuring product quality, safety, and efficiency while following written procedures and 5S practices. High school diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production equipment including coating/vacuum furnaces and grit blasting equipment.
• Prepare and mix materials according to specifications.
• Load and unload parts from production equipment.
• Perform grit blasting, grinding, belt sanding, chiseling, tack welding, brazing and other duties.
• Monitor and inspect products to meet quality standards.
• Follow work instructions and manufacturing procedures.
• Complete travelers, log sheets, and production docs accurately.
• Meet established production time standards.
• Use precision measuring tools to inspect parts.
• Wear PPE and follow safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, 5S workplace.
• Cross-train and assist others.

Production Operator

Duration: 6-month contract-to-hire

Shifts

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:30 PM - $20.00
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM - $22.00
• 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:30 PM–7:00 AM - $22.00
• Must be available to work overtime as needed, including weekends and potentially holidays.

Overview

The Production Operator supports daily manufacturing operations and plays an important role in maintaining product quality, production efficiency, and workplace safety.

This position may support multiple production areas, including grit blasting, grinding, belt sanding, chiseling, tack welding, brazing, cleaning, coating, furnace operations, and other manufacturing processes as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production equipment, including coating furnaces, vacuum furnaces, grit/sandblast equipment, blenders, masking equipment, and brazing stations.
• Prepare and mix materials according to established specifications.
• Load and unload parts and materials from production equipment.
• Perform grit blasting, grinding, belt sanding, chiseling, tack welding, brazing, cleaning, and other production duties as assigned.
• Monitor and inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Effectively produce parts according to certification, production, and quality requirements.
• Follow written work instructions and established manufacturing procedures.
• Complete travelers, log sheets, and other required production documentation accurately.
• Meet established production time standards.
• Use precision measuring tools to inspect and verify parts.
• Wear required PPE and follow all safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S principles.
• Cross-train and assist other employees as needed.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Ensure compliance with company quality requirements.
• Adhere to and promote the Corporate Code of Ethical Standards.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with coworkers, leadership, and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
