Compensation

The base hourly rate for this position is $22.41.

Position Overview:

This position is responsible for supporting JM core values and delivering the JM experience. The entry level position supports the core team by conducting activities such as stacking product, cutting materials, sampling, moving materials, operating a forklift, and assisting with production line monitoring and start-ups. All roles are cross-functional and part of the pay-for-skills program.

Hours: 7AM-7PM or 7PM-7AM. We have openings on each shift.

Responsibilities:

• Follow safety protocols and report hazards.
• Wear protective equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in work areas.
• Operate a forklift (certified).
• Perform safety checks and apply proper labeling.
• Identify products and understand warehouse locations.
• Unload and move materials safely.
• Participate in safety meetings and complete safety tasks.
• Accurately record timekeeping.

Leadership Responsibilities: No supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements:

• At least one year in a warehouse/production environment.
• Ability to read measurements and work instructions.
• Basic math skills.
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Understanding of root cause analysis.
• Team player and capable of driving a forklift.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand for extended periods.
• Lift, push, or pull at least 50 pounds.
• Use hands repetitively.
• Work safely in a dusty, temperature-variable environment.
• Work rotating shifts.
• Bend, kneel, reach above shoulder.
