W3Global in Newton, NH is seeking a hands-on Production Operator to support our glass manufacturing team. You will work across multiple stations, including glass cutting, polishing, and fabrication, operating equipment and upholding quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing or production experience, is comfortable with automated machinery, and can adapt to different tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar hands-on environment.
• Comfort with machinery, technology, and automated systems.
• Ability to safely lift 75+ lbs.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, walking, climbing, bending, stooping, balancing, handling materials).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Understanding of workplace safety procedures and manufacturing standards.

Responsibilities

• Apply specialized protective coatings to glass products.
