Job summary

Custom Glass Products (Wisconsin) is seeking Production Technicians for 1st and 2nd shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing setting focused on glass product production. You will operate and monitor equipment, read work orders, and perform changeovers, while ensuring quality and safety standards throughout the line.

This hands-on role requires basic math, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to detail. You’ll work closely with teammates to hit production, quality, and delivery goals in varying

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and work orders.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull regularly.
• Frequent bending, reaching, twisting and repetitive hand movements.
• Work in temperatures varying environments.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to workplace safety.
