Position: Production Operator

Pay: $25 per hour plus $1 shift differential

Shift and Hours: 2nd shift 2pm - 10:30pm

Role Focus

As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will perform front-line production processes that add value and quality to inputs and create final high-quality products. You will operate machinery, equipment, and package products, gaining skills in transforming raw materials into finished goods for our customers. 6. Strong collaboration and communication skills, respectful attitude.

Preferred Experience

1. Over 1 year of manufacturing experience.
2. Machine operation and/or forklift experience.

Physical Requirements

1. Lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
2. Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
3. Perform duties while wearing personal protective equipment.
4. Work in temperature zones that include cold and hot environments, possibly dusty or chemical areas.
5. Work scheduled shifts that may include weekends, holidays, and overtime.
