Your Role

As part of the Atlas Copco team, production associates are responsible for producing high-quality, custom-engineered products safely. Employees may work in different areas of production, including Cold-Heading, Heat Treat, Plating, Sorting, and Collation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

1. Always work in a safe manner.
2. Train and become competent in sorting and packaging parts.
3. Troubleshoot and make minor adjustments to ensure machine efficiency.
4. Ensure work area is prepped, clean, and organized for the next shift.
5. Partner with the team to ensure machines run at maximum efficiency and meet all quality standards.
6. Work closely with colleagues, emphasizing teamwork, minor maintenance, and ensuring all quality requirements are met.
7. Ensure daily history sheets, manufacturing packs, and all related paperwork are filled out correctly, with all data recorded.
8. May be required to receive training and operate a forklift.
9. Manufacture cassettes as needed.
10. Enter items into the ERP system as necessary.
11. Perform other related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

1. Understanding that safety and quality come first.
2. Ability to measure parts (thickness gauging and coating weights).
3. Basic computer skills.
4. Punctuality.
5. Team player attitude.

EDUCATION OR QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (AS APPLICABLE):

• Grip, push, and pull carts.
• Ability to lift and position parts up to 50 lbs periodically.
• Standing for the duration of the work shift.
