Your Role

As a part of the Atlas Copco team,production associates are responsible for producing high quality custom engineered products in a safe manner. Employees may work in different areas of production, including Cold-Heading, Heat Treat, Plating, Sorting and Collation.

Opportunity available on 1st Shift 6am-2pm

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Always work in a safe manner.
• Train and become competent in sorting and packaging parts.
• Troubleshoot and make minor adjustments to ensure machine efficiency.
• Ensure work area is prepped, clean and organized for next shift.
• Partner with team to ensure machines run to maximum efficiency and meeting all quality standards.
• Work closely with colleagues, with a strong emphasis on team work, minor maintenance, ensuring all quality requirements are met.
• Ensure daily history sheets, manufacturing packs and all other related paperwork are filled out correctly and ensuringall data is recorded.
• May be required to receive training and drive a fork truck.
• Manufacture cassettes as needed.
• Enter items into ERP system as necessary.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (AS APPLICABLE):

• Grip, push and pull carts
• Ability to lift and position parts up to 50lbs periodically
• Standing up for duration of work shift
