Kissner Milling Company in Delaware is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Operator to manage and maintain packaging lines, including scales, baggers, and heat sealers. You will ensure efficiency through cleaning and preventive maintenance, perform visual inspections, and verify weights and seals.
This role requires training as both hopper and sealer, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, overtime availability, and strict adherence to QEHS policies such as HACCP.

The 3rd Shift Production Operator operates and maintains the facility’s packaging lines, including scales, manual baggers, and heat sealers. They ensure equipment runs efficiently through regular cleaning and maintenance. The operator performs visual inspections of the bags, checks seals, and conducts weight checks to ensure proper product quantity. The role requires training as both a hopper and sealer.
