Position Title: Production Operator

Wage: $18.00/hour

Shift: 2nd

Hours: 2:15pm - 10:45pm

Production Operator Responsibilities:

1. Set up and adjust machines
2. Perform daily and weekly cleaning according to SOPs
3. Monitor equipment throughout production
4. Load supplies into machines by hand or using hoists, replace molds and cutting surfaces
5. Test and measure finished products, record activities and manufacturing stages
6. Act as backup for other Production Operators, Sanitation Technicians, and temporary packaging personnel during absences to ensure the integrity of the SQF system
7. Adhere to food safety, GMPs, employee safety, quality standards, sanitary practices, and customer specifications
8. Report any food safety issues to authorized personnel

Requirements:

1. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
2. Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift
