Manufacturing Operator

Deublin Company is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join our team in Waukegan, IL. In this role, you will perform value-added assembly operations on component parts and final products, following standardized procedures and maintaining expected cycle times to ensure efficient, high-quality production. This is a non-exempt position with a pay range from $19.49 to $26.36 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Read, comprehend, and execute shop order requirements.
• Follow standardized manufacturing procedures, performing quality checks to meet customer expectations.
• Operate hand tools, presses, pneumatic tools, gauges, test equipment, hoists, and other machinery.
• Interpret blueprints accurately to perform job functions.
• Utilize floor terminals for clocking in/out, reviewing work instructions, and accessing drawings.

Skills and Abilities:

• Proficient in reading and interpreting work instructions, safety guidelines, and manuals.
• Strong judgment and ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Basic mathematics skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Manual dexterity for efficient production in a work cell environment.
• Team player with problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced setting.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years manufacturing experience preferred.
