Job summary

Felss Rotaform is seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined individual to operate automated transfer line equipment in a clean, highly automated facility in New Berlin, WI. The role is full-time and offers overtime opportunities, competitive benefits, and a team-focused environment.

Expect to monitor line performance, address minor faults, and maintain orderly material flow while adhering to safety procedures. Prior manufacturing experience is valued and ample training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Basic mechanical aptitude is preferred for operating equipment.
• Able to organize tasks and multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable with physical activity in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience as a machine operator is advantageous.
