Job summary

Kimberly-Clark in Neenah, WI is seeking a Production Operator to safely operate high-speed manufacturing equipment and participate in 12-hour rotating shifts. The role requires basic math and mechanical aptitude, a high school diploma or GED, and 1+ years of experience.

You’ll work 6 am–6 pm or 6 pm–6 am with night differential and support lean initiatives. As part of the Neenah Cold Spring facility, you’ll be eligible for a full benefits package, including retirement plans and overtime

Qualifications

• Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate.
• 1+ years of verifiable continuous work experience.
• Able to work rotating shifts (days and nights) 6 am – 6 pm; 6 pm – 6 am with night shift differential.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial workplace or equivalent military education/trainings is preferred.
• Basic computer skills, mechanical aptitude and good math skills.
• Ability to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
• Candi­dates must be able to lift 50 lbs., ascend/descend stairs, perform bending, twisting, stooping and crouching motions.

About You

In This Role, You Will

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

• Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs., ascend and descend stairs, perform bending, twisting, stooping and crouching motions. Use strong gripping hand functions. In addition, all employees are required.to wear required PPE including ear, eye and toe protection.

Schedule

• 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights) on 2-2-3 cadence.
• 6 am – 6 pm; 6 pm – 6 am ($.75/hour night shift differential for hours worked between 6 pm – 6 am)
• One 48-hour week and one 36-hour week each pay period.
• No partner responsibility = guaranteed shifts/hours.
• Overtime available based upon business needs.

Starting Hourly Wage: $28.12 USD
