Job summary

Kimberly-Clark in Hendersonville, NC is seeking a manufacturing associate responsible for maintaining equipment across production, packaging and distribution of our trusted brands, including Huggies and Depend. You will operate with safety, quality, and efficiency at the center of every shift.

About You

You will be maintaining equipment associated with the production, packaging and distribution of Kimberly-Clark products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work. • Ability to stand and walk 90% of the shift
• Ability to perform moderate lifting (up to 40 lbs.)
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Problem solving and decision‑making skills
• Must maintain excellent safety and attendance performance
• Good communication and listening skills

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Required Qualifications

• Have basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skills.
• Are able to maintain a work schedule of 12‑hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
• Ability to read and write basic English
• Position requires regular physical effort including pushing, pulling, lifting, and bending

US ONLY

• Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate.
• 1+ years of continuous work experience.
• Can pass a pre‑employment assessment and a pre‑employment drug + background screening
• Can pass post‑offer / pre‑hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT)

Starting Hourly Wage: $25.87 USD
