Qualifications

Job description

Production Operator – Neenah, WI (Cold Spring Facility)

The Production Operator works with high‑speed manufacturing equipment to produce products for the Kimberly‑Clark brands (Huggies, Kleenex, Cottonelle, Scott, Kotex, Poise, Depend, Kimberly‑Clark Professional).



Responsibilities


  • Safely operate high‑speed, technologically advanced manufacturing equipment.

  • Master all manufacturing process elements, including troubleshooting, basic repair and quality checks.

  • Participate in machine start‑up, shutdown, grade changes and other scheduled events.

  • Apply lean principles to identify and solve problems.



Shift & Work Schedule

12‑hour rotating shifts on a 2-2-3 cadence:



  • Day shift: 6 am - 6 pm (includes a $0.75/hour night shift differential for hours worked between 6 pm and 6 am).

  • Night shift: 6 pm - 6 am (includes the same differential).

  • One 48‑hour week and one 36‑hour week each pay period.

  • Shifts include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.



Qualifications


  • 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

  • One (1) year of verifiable continuous work experience.

  • Minimum mechanical aptitude, basic math skills, and basic computer skills.

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb stairs, bend, twist, stoop, crouch, and maintain strong gripping hand functions.

  • Ready to wear required PPE, including ear, eye, and toe protection.

  • Ability to maintain a 12‑hour rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

  • Starting hourly wage: $28.12 USD, subject to overtime and pay increases within the first year.
