Job summary

laborup is hiring Production Operators for a modern, air-conditioned CPG manufacturing facility in Tennessee. You will work on a 3rd shift (11pm–7:30am) or other shifts based on experience, with opportunities to cross-train across production stages.

You will move materials, support line operators, perform basic quality checks, and follow GMP safety procedures. Full benefits and direct-hire employment are provided.

Responsibilities

• Quality & Cleaning: Perform basic quality checks and sanitize equipment and areas.
• Safety & Reporting: Follow GMP procedures and report issues to supervisors.

We’re hiring Production Operators for a growing, modern consumer packaged goods manufacturing facility.

The facility is new, clean, air-conditioned, and growing quickly. There are multiple schedules available, and team members have opportunities to cross-train across different parts of the production process and expand their skills over time.

Responsibilities

• Material & Product Handling: Move, load, unload, and organize raw materials and finished products around the production floor.
• Production Line Support: Feed materials/products into equipment and assist machine operators with production tasks.
• Quality & Cleaning: Perform basic quality checks and clean/sanitize equipment and assigned production areas.
• Safety & Reporting: Follow safety/GMP procedures and report equipment, quality, or production issues to supervisors.
