About the Role

Wabtec is seeking a Production Operator to join our team. In this role, you will follow work instructions and engineering drawings to assemble various products, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. You will work with a diverse team of professionals across departments, continually seeking process improvements, with safety as your top priority.

Responsibilities

• Assemble or disassemble products on a production line, possibly assisting or training in multiple work cells.
• Follow detailed work instructions for assembly and testing.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and report equipment malfunctions or process deviations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of assembly experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Ability to use tools and equipment required for assembly.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Physical Demands
