Production Operator 2nd Shift (4pm-4am) - WEEKLY PAY!

Our Business Area Roof is the global market leader for sunroofs, panoramic roofs, and convertible roofs, offering roof solutions with true added value. As roof specialists, we also provide customized and innovative solutions that meet the highest quality standards for electric mobility, the future of autonomous driving, and the use of solar energy.

• Results-oriented team player, excellent attendance, high energy level, and good attention to detail.
• Must be able to work required hours.
• Demonstrates creativity, initiative, and problem-solving skills - Willingness to be cross-trained on various processes, machines, and products.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Must be open to work up to 12-hour shifts daily, up to 7 days a week (if necessary).
• Operation of a small number of machines and workstations within a production line according to work instructions, including applicable Quality and HSE guidelines.
• Removal of products from the machines - Assembly of components - Monitoring of processes, inspection of quality/safety characteristics.
• Escalation of any detected concerns and problems (Quality and Safety) in line with escalation procedures.
• Performing workstation 5S activities and total production maintenance (TPM) in line with standard operating procedures. Involvement in continuous improvement process.

• Base Pay: From $18.45/hr. up to $19.95/hr
