Our Business Area Roof is the global market leader for sunroofs, panoramic roofs, and convertible roofs, offering roof solutions with true added value. As roof specialists, we also provide customized and innovative solutions that meet the highest quality standards for electric mobility, the future of autonomous driving, and the use of solar energy.

This is what you bring to us:

• Results-oriented team player - Excellent attendance - High energy level - Good attention to detail
• Able to work required hours and mandatory overtime; up to 12 hr shifts - 7-day work week (if necessary)
• Must be able to stand for 10+ hours - Able to lift up to 35lbs or more - Stable work history
• Demonstrates creativity, initiative, and problem-solving skills - Willing to be cross-trained on various processes, machines, and products

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Operation of a small number of machines and workstations within a production line according to work instructions, including applicable Quality and HSE guidelines
• Removal of products from the machines - Assembly of components - Monitoring of processes, inspection of quality/safety characteristics
• Escalation of any detected concerns and problems (Quality and Safety) in line with escalation procedures
• Performing workstation 5S activities and total production maintenance (TPM) in line with standard operating procedures. Involvement in continuous improvement process
