Job summary

Permobil is seeking a Production Operator in Lebanon, TN to support assembly and quality checks on the production line. You will rotate through stations, use hand tools, and help meet takt times in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, mechanical aptitude, ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and basic computer skills. Valid for first shift with overtime as needed; pay is $18–$20 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with common hand tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfort with rotating through multiple production stations.
• Basic computer skills for shop-floor systems.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill assigned production assembly of product.
• Perform quality checks on parts to be assembled.
• Rotate through all the stations that are required on the production line.
• Operate hand tools and be able to identify tapping/cross threading.
• Provide assistance to others in your immediate area if necessary.
• Be able to consistently meet the desired takt time.
• Highlight cross-functional collaboration and ownership.
• Emphasize continuous improvement and efficiency.

• Pay Range: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
• Shift: 1st Shift
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm (overtime may be required based on business needs)
• Location: Lebanon

Pay Transparency

The expected pay range for this role is $18.00 – $20.00 per hour. Final compensation will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity.
